Oakland-based philosopher-poet/ artist/community builder Marcel Diallo comes to grips with the fact that YouTube is a viable means of communicating with the masses, and so introduces the Black New World You Tube Channel – a video log and community news service highlighting the cultural arts-based community development work Diallo and the Black Dot Artists Collective is doing in Oakland, California.
