Regulating growth (pruning, trimming, thinning, harvesting)

Our plants have made tremendous progress in our backyard farm in Brooklyn. In addition to the rain, the garden now needs to get cut back in order to allow for better air circulation and make sure everything has proper access to sunlight. In this video, I go over… * HOW TO cut back dead leaves to stimulate new growth and improve air circulation * HOW TO prune your tomatoes for vigorous, but organized growth * HOW TO train beans up a pole * HOW TO cut back plants that are taking over sun space (zucchini) * HOW TO harvest basil * HOW TO thin (carrots, radishes) After less than a half hour of garden chores, I harvested some zucchini flowers that I later stuffed with a goat cheese mix of steamed collards, chives and oregano.
