What's for Dinner, Pasta Fagioli Part 1

I decided to start a series called “Whats For Dinner?” I did this because I know how hard it can be to come home after a busy day and try to figure out what to make for the family that they will all eat and enjoy, but something that is easy and delicious and also uses what you may already have at home in your fridge or food storage. So Today we start with something I grew up with, Pasta Fagiolli. You will need the following ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Medium Onion, Chopped 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced 1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes 1 small Can Diced Tomatoes 1 Can Red Kidney Beans with their Liquid 1 Can White Cannellini Beans with their Liquid 1 Box Beef Broth or use 2 large cans of water or any broth you like Italian Seasoning Oregono Crushed Red Pepper (I forgot to mention this in the vid) Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 Pound Ditallini Pasta In a stock pot, brown the ground beef. When browned, add the onion and garlic and cook until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add both types of tomatoes, broth and both types of beans. Stir and bring to a gentle boil. Add the pasta and cook until done, about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occassionally so it does not stick to the bottom. Serve with garlic bread and a salad for a complete meal. I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
